With Grace Launch

The launch of With Grace was as considered as the whisky itself. The digital rollout began with a bespoke EDM campaign, designed to introduce the world to the whisky’s unique story—told directly through the voice of its maker, Rose Kentish.

Partnering with sound engineer Scott Illingworth from Seeing Sounds we recorded a series of reflective interviews with Rose, drawing out the offering’s inspiration, emotion and approach. These recordings became the foundation for a series of launch videos—intimate, lyrical pieces visually brought to life by the cinematography of Marketa Bartova. The result was a digital presence that felt personal, poetic and deeply aligned with the brand’s ethos.

We then built an e-commerce website where the recordings would be housed—a rare opportunity to design a digital space around a single product. We chose Shopify as the site’s platform for its stability, scalability and seamless integration with the tools With Grace needed to grow.

But rather than rely on an off-the-shelf solution, we developed a custom template—allowing us to shape every detail of the user experience with intent. From typography to transitions, the template became an extension of the brand’s ethos and aesthetic.

We connected Klaviyo to the Shopify site to capture user data, nurture connections and deliver the initial launch campaign and ongoing communications. The result was more than a launch—it was a holistic digital experience that honoured the brand’s values and ensured every touchpoint expressed sophistication and grace.
